We will be serving a casual BBQ dinner, drinks will not be supplied on this night. Please bring your own beverages.
7:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Dress is very casual. Bring warm clothes suitable for campfire.
9:00 am - 10:00 am
Breakfast will be available anytime between 9:30 a.m and 10:30 a.m. Coffee will be on tap from 8 a.m. onwards.
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
A light lunch will be available while you enjoy the afternoon activities.
4:00 pm
The ceremony will begin around 4:00 p.m. followed by cocktails, dinner, and dancing to live music. There will be an open bar for the evening. The ceremony will be outdoors and dress can be casual to semi-formal. Jacket and tie not required but acceptable if that is what you prefer.
9:00 am - 10:00 am
A light breakfast will be served before you leave. Remember, check out is at 11 a.m. There will be lots of strong coffee available.
