The infamous Russian River Campground. Book a campsite in advance and make sure you have your bear spray! Heading from Seward or Girdwood on the way to the Kenai is Cooper Landing where you'll first set your eyes on the Kenai river. The Russian River meets the Kenai and is called The Confluence and is one of our favorite fly fishing locations. If you're just looking to spend the day to fish take the Ferry to cross the Kenai, just a few miles past the Russian Campground and start flippin!
