When their first date occurred is still up for debate, but, Amanda and John officially had their first date after meeting on Bumble sometime in March of 2016. After months of hanging out and dating Amanda overheard John on the phone saying that he was " down the shore with his girlfriend." So, true to their laid back style June is when it became officially, official. In the three and half years together they have shared a home and became the proud pet parents of their lovable dog Wrigley. We are so excited to move into this next chapter and we cannot wait to celebrate with all of our favorite people by our side!

Our original spring break trip was supposed to be to Austin, Texas. Unfortunately after several hours of waiting to board the plane our trip was cancelled, thanks to a broken plane... Going home feeling defeated & a little frustrated we decided to take a trip to Baltimore. After a day spent walking around Annapolis we headed back to Baltimore for dinner and a sunset cruise around the harbor. Right before we boarded John asked if Amanda could hold the bottle of wine, while he "tied his shoe" and asked the question. We celebrated by watching the sunset while sailing on the harbor. It wasn't what we planned for but it was perfect!
