*Note* This dish has a little bit of a kick to it that is about the same level as medium salsa
Choice 2: Herb Roasted Pork Loin
-Accompanied by an apricot-cherry chutney & natural jus
Choice 3: Vegan Asian Style Vegetable Quinoa Lettuce Wraps
-Chilled quinoa mixed with bok choy, carrots, cucumbers, almonds, red onions, bell peppers, orange segments, & Asian vinaigrette dressing wrapped in green leaf lettuce
