We are joining forces, tying the knot!

I was invited over to Amanda's house by a mutual friend once upon a time. Several years had passed , with no contact. I then re-connected with our mutual friend, and after a couple of phone conversations she mentioned it was Amanda's birthday and that I should give her a call to wish her a happy birthday. At first, I thought it was weird because I didn't know her very well and it has been several years since we met originally. However, me being the charming gentleman that I am, I agreed to it. I casually sent her a text message wishing her a happy birthday thinking she wouldn't respond but lucky for me she did. My life changed for the best since that day!
