How do I RSVP?

Answer

Find the RSVP section in the navigation menu, enter your name, indicate your attendance and your guests if applicable, and submit your RSVP.

What are the deadlines?

Answer

March 1, 2026: Last day to book your room. $200 deposit per person. April 15, 2026: Final hotel room balance payment due. June 1, 2026: Flight Itineraries Due. Fill out the Flight Information/Special Request Form located on our travel agent's booking site. The travel agent's booking site can be found by clicking Reserve a Room in the navigation menu and then clicking the view button. July 31, 2026: The Big Day!

How many nights do I need to stay?

All guests are required to stay a minimum of 3 nights to receive the discounted rate within our contracted room block

Is my flight included?

Answer

Your flight is not included and will need to be booked separately. Please have this done by (date) so that our travel agent can have your transportation arranged.

What airport do I fly into?

Answer

All guests will need to fly into the Cancun International Airport (CUN).

What is included in an all inclusive resort?

Answer

The rate you pay to stay at Dreams Playa Mujeres includes the room, all meals and snacks, alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, most entertainment on the property, and non-motorized water sports. Please note that some activities will require an additional fee such as spa services or private tours and excursions.

Do I need a passport to attend?

Answer

Since this is an international trip, you do need a passport valid at least 6+ months past your travel dates. Passport cards are not valid for international air travel. If you have a passport, be sure to check the expiration date. If you don't already have a passport, it is a good idea to apply early to be sure you receive it in time for your trip. Passports normally take 6-10 weeks to process. We suggest applying a minimum of 6 months in advance as a precaution. This includes babies and children of all ages, they will need a passport as well.

When should I arrive?

Based on our room block, guests are able to start arriving as early as Tuesday, July 28th. We ask that all guests try their best to arrive by Thursday, July 30th.

What if I can't attend?

Answer

We completely understand, just let us know! Our sincerest hope is that no one feels guilty, as you must make the best decision for your family, prior obligations, and your budget. You will be met with total understanding and love from both of us.

How will I get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

Private transportation to and from the airport will be available for you to add onto your trip when you book with Liz Moore Destination Weddings. Once your flight is booked you will need to upload your itinerary using the link on the booking page so they can coordinate your ground transfer from the airport to the hotel. Yes, this is a kid friendly resort and you are more than welcome to bring your little ones.
