Question

What is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 16th. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we will sadly assume that you are unable to attend.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

We invite you to RSVP online on the indicated section above.

Question

Where can we stay while we are here?

Answer

We have reserved room blocks at The Woodlands Resort & Holiday Inn & Suites- Spring. Please see the travel section above to book travel accommodations.

Question

Where is the wedding venue? And where do we go once we arrive?

Answer

The address of The Peach Orchard is 1737 Sawdust Rd., The Woodlands, Texas 77380. Once you arrive, you'll see signage directing you to guest parking. Once parked, head to The Grover Chapel at Rudy's Promise where you will wait for the ceremony to begin.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to find parking and a seat. Should you arrive once the ceremony has started, you will not be allowed to enter and can join the guests for the cocktail hour and reception.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will take place indoors. Cocktail hour will occur outside in Phoebe's Garden.

Question

What is the dresscode for your wedding?

Answer

Dress to impress! Our dress code is Black Tie Optional. Tuxedos and formal gowns are encouraged, but not required. We kindly ask guests to wear dark formal attire, such as matching suits with a tie or bow tie, floor-length dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or skirt and dress suits. Please refrain from casual attire, streetwear, or casual shoes.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

We want to include those that matter most to us so only guests listed on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP. Unfortunately, no additional guests can be accommodated.

Question

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

While we love your children greatly, this is an adults-only occasion. We cannot accommodate children outside of those in our wedding party.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos during your wedding ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos during the ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. Our trusted photographer and his team will be sure to capture all of the moments throughout the day! Outside of the ceremony, please feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you want.

Question

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

We will have options for guests with dietary restrictions. If you have any food restrictions, please let us know in the designated section of your digital RSVP. We want you to feel comfortable and well fed!

Question

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

A 60-minute cocktail hour will take place on the front lawn between the ceremony and reception where you can enjoy cocktails, mocktails and small bites.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception. However, alcohol will stop being provided promptly at 10:00pm to ensure that everyone can return home safely after the evening concludes.

Question

What time will the wedding reception end?

Answer

Our reception will end around 10:30 pm.
