How to I get to Kings Gap Environmental Education Center's Cameron-Masland Mansion?

Answer

From Interstate 81, take Exit 37. Travel south on PA 233 for about 2.3 miles. Turn left onto Pine Road and continue 2.2 miles. Turn right onto Kings Gap Road. The Cameron-Masland Mansion is 3.5 miles from the center’s entrance. Follow the winding, paved road to the top of the mountain. In the Mansion Area, bear left to follow the one-way directional signs. Parking is available in several lots adjacent to the education building and mansion. The ceremony will take place on the mansion's back porch patio.

Where can I park to catch the trolley or park for the reception?

Answer

For guests not staying at the hotel, the Pomfret Street Parking Garage is next to the hotel and there is ample street parking. The hourly rate in the garage is $.75 per hour with a maximum of $6 for the day. If you park overnight, the charge would be $6. Metered street parking is free on Saturdays and Sundays.

I did not receive a formal invitation. Is it coming? Are you having a formal dinner?

Answer

No and no. We will not be sending a formal invitation. Please utilize the Zola website to RSVP for our wedding events. Additionally, we will not be having a formal platted dinner. Instead we will be serving hors d'oeuvres and smaller plates all night at the brewery.

I am staying the whole weekend in Carlisle. Is there any special events going on?

Yes! On Friday is Downtown Carlisle's First Friday Event with this Friday's theme being BrewFest! Visit LoveCarlisle.com for more information! On Sunday beginning at 11 AM is the First Annual Pomfret Street Champagne Stroll! Spend Sunday on the block, strolling from store to store, sampling brunch bites and sipping from your official Shop the Block Champagne glass. End your bubbly brunch stroll at Castlerigg Wine Shop, where there will be entertainment and some "succulent" door prizes! The bride and groom will not be in attendance.
