What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is formal. For women, this means a long evening gown, and for men, a suit and tie are appropriate. Our wedding color scheme is purple and maroon.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving by 5:15pm for the ceremony, which begins promptly at 5:30pm. This will give you ample time to partake in our ring warming ceremony and be comfortably seated before we begin. Transportation provided will help ensure everyone arrives smoothly and on time.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, convenient parking is available for our guests. Two parking lots are situated adjacent to and directly across from the venue, ensuring easy access for everyone attending our celebration. However, if you are choosing to leave your car overnight and take our transportation back to the hotel, please park in the adjacent parking lot. Cars must be picked up by 9:00am the next morning. The lot across the street is not owned by our venue and we cannot assure your car will be there in the morning.

Are children welcome?

We're having an adults-only celebration. Children are not invited, except for those in the wedding party. We want our guests to have a fun filled child free night!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

What will I be eating?

Answer

Dinner will be served buffet-style. Guests will be able to choose from several options including Hand Carved Certified Angus Beef, Traditional Stuffing Stuffed Chicken Breast, Shrimp Scampi, Pasta with Marinara Sauce, Roasted Potatoes and Fresh Vegetables.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we'll be offering an open bar for all our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the celebration. We kindly ask that you have cash on hand for gratuities to show appreciation to the bartending staff.
