Amanda & Drew

Greenery Banner

Wedding Party

Allie Green

Matron of Honor

Allie and Amanda share a unique story that is one of Amanda's favorite to tell. In 2001, Amanda and her mom, Denise, took a vacation to Key West, Florida to get away from the Indiana cold. They were enjoying the pool when Denise noticed a little girl Amanda's age. The families introduced themselves and shortly found out that both were from Fishers, IN and lived only 15 minutes away from each other (WHAT A COINCIDENCE)! Allie and Amanda hung out almost every day for the remainder of their Key West trip and spent time with each other every summer thereafter! Eighteen years later, Amanda and Allie remain as close as ever. Amanda is so honored and happy that Allie has agreed to share this special day with her!

Cody Raymer

Best Man

Cody and Drew met at Indiana State University when Drew was a senior in high school interviewing for the Networks Scholarship. Drew was the shy kid in the corner with the loud mother (sorry, Mom, but we know it’s true) and Cody was the outgoing college freshman who started a conversation to make Drew feel more comfortable. Drew was fortunate enough to receive the scholarship and became great friends with Cody during their time at ISU, including living together for 2 years in houses that most people would find suspect. They share affinities for craft beer (drinking and brewing), sports, finance, and rock ‘n’ roll! If you see Cody free at the wedding, see if you can get a good (read terrible) dad joke out of him.

Gabby Engle

Bridesmaid

Gabby and Amanda met all the way back in 7th grade music class! They immediately became best friends and spent almost every day after school together when they were in high school. They have shared so many great experiences from first boyfriends to college to Gabby getting married to her husband, Logan, and having her first little girl, Harper. Gabby has been an amazing and loyal friend to Amanda for 15 years and Amanda cannot see herself getting married without Gabby by her side!

Ronnie Marcum

Groomsman

Ronnie and Drew have known each other since elementary school and grew up playing sports together. The two grew close through playing basketball and running track together in high school and have remained friends ever since. Not only are they great friends, but their sisters have been very close friends since elementary school as well. Ronnie was the guy who made everyone else look bad in the high school weight room and who eventually helped Drew get back into a good fitness routine after graduating college. Drew has been fortunate enough to witness Ronnie’s relationship with his fiancée, Vanessa, since the night of the infamous Uber ride. Ronnie is always the life of the party and will be looking for ways to make others smile and laugh on Drew’s wedding day!

Allison Gunning

Bridesmaid

Allison and Amanda met back in 2010 at the University of Southern Indiana where they were both college freshmen. They immediately hit it off (it helped that they have the same birthday!) and became roommates their Sophomore year at USI. Allison and Amanda are both from the Indy area which allowed them to remain close after college. In August 2018, Allison asked Amanda to share her special day with her, and now it's Amanda's turn to have Allison by her side on her wedding day as well!

AJ Whitcomb

Groomsman

A.J. and Drew lived down the hall from each other their freshman year at Indiana State University and met their first day on campus, which ended up being one for the story books. Drew was in A.J.’s dorm room more than he was in his own their freshman year and they did everything together from eating in the dining halls to going to the gym to playing countless games of pick-up basketball to hanging out on the weekends. Along with Cody, A.J. lived with Drew for two years in some Hautian houses while they were sophomores and juniors at ISU. A.J. is much more of the quiet type compared to Cody and Ronnie, but don’t let that fool you. You need to keep an eye out for A.J. on the dance floor come reception time!
