Draven and Amanda met after church at a Young Single Adult potluck dinner in late January. Here are a few words from Amanda: “I was enjoying dinner with some new friends I had made, when Draven came and sat down at my table. I honestly don’t remember what I thought in those first few moments. But I can tell you that as soon as we starting talking we instantly found connections. We had lots of common interests, and this kept conversation going for awhile. I soon found myself thinking okay I like this guy, he’s legit! We exchanged numbers and left the potluck dinner. Later that evening, I decided to send him a message asking if he’d like to go on a walk at Tempe Town Lake. Since that night we’ve been with each other every single day, I love the time I spend with him, and getting to know him has been a pleasure. He is an amazing guy, and I’m truly grateful for the genuine love and care he gives me. I feel so very blessed and fortunate to have met, and soon have the pleasure to marry Draven.”
