Our wedding and reception will be held at Bowing Oaks in Jacksonville, Florida.
We’d love for you to RSVP at your earliest convenience so we can plan for a wonderful celebration. Our final headcount will be needed by October 1, 2026.
Please plan to arrive 20–30 minutes before the ceremony begins so you have time to get settled.
Bowing Oaks offers on-site guest parking, however overnight parking is NOT PERMITTED.
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors under the beautiful oak trees, followed by a reception indoors. We recommend that you dress for the setting and bring a light layer just in case.

We invite you to dress up and celebrate with us! Whether you’re feeling cocktail attire, a dressy outfit, or formal attire, we want you to wear something that makes you feel great. There’s no need to stress over a strict dress code — just come ready to celebrate! The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors on a paved surface, followed by an indoor reception. Choose shoes you’ll be comfortable wearing throughout the evening, and of course, cowboy boots are always welcome on the dance floor!
We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!
