Where is the wedding taking place?

Our wedding and reception will be held at Bowing Oaks in Jacksonville, Florida.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We’d love for you to RSVP at your earliest convenience so we can plan for a wonderful celebration. Our final headcount will be needed by October 1, 2026.

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive 20–30 minutes before the ceremony begins so you have time to get settled.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Bowing Oaks offers on-site guest parking, however overnight parking is permitted.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors under the beautiful oak trees, followed by a reception indoors. We recommend that you dress for the setting and bring a light layer just in case.

What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is Semi-Formal / Black Tie Optional. Women can wear cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or gowns, and men can wear dress slacks, a button-up shirt, a blazer, or a suit—tuxedos are welcome but not required. The ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors, so comfortable shoes and a light layer are recommended. Of course, some guests will be breaking out their cowboy boots for dancing!
