Amanda and Renee have known each other since they were littles. Renee, currently lives in West Des Moines Iowa with her husband Frank. Renee and Amanda have been through almost every life moment that you can go through, with another person. The saddest of moments to the very happiest. As adult you look back on past relationships and the ones you keep and hold on dearly too are the ones that come without judgement or expectation. There's just love, acceptance, honestly and respect. That's what Renee and Amanda share an always will have for each other. You know how they say "I'd bury a body for you", that's the epitome of their relationship, we are each other's person. Ride or die if you will.

Zach German

Best Man

Zach and Devin have been best friends since grade school and share more memories and experiences then most have in a lifetime. Before Devin proposed to Amanda the 1st thing he did after he bought the ring was ask Zach to be his best man. Of course Zach was ecstatic for Amanda and Devin and immediately said Yes- Especially since Zach had just asked Devin to be his best man only months prior when he proposed to his long time girlfriend Haley. Unfortunately, before any of these happy endings could come to fruition Zach passed away in an tragic car accident in July. The loss of him shook everyone and life hasn't been the same without him. Zach was and is still loved by so many people and we know on our special day he'll be with us in spirit. Zach will remain and will always be Devin's "Best Man" so much so that we couldn't imagine anyone else filling that role.

Renee and Amanda have known each other since they were 15. They became friends shortly after Renee started dating Amanda's younger brother. And though both went on to find new love Amanda & Renee stayed close throughout the years and became best friends sharing all the important moments of each other's lives. It's truly been a joy watching Amanda & Devin on their beautiful journey together. I know it will last forever & grow stronger with each passing year. Xoxoxo

Tyler McAninch

Groomsman

Devin and Tyler were introduced by Amanda and and quickly became really great friends!! Tyler initially started hanging out with Amanda back when they were in high school and reunited back in 2018 on a float/camping trip. Devin and Tyler both share the love for ourdoors which includes but not limited to fishing and deer hunting. We are so happy to have Tyler a part of our special day and we know without a doubt he will make it memorable with his outgoing personality and willing to do almost anything to make people laugh. Tyler's also going to be a huge part of planning and celebrating Devin's bachelor party and I can't wait to see all the crazy things they come up with!!

Sara Gilliam

Sara and Amanda are cousins and have been inseparable since they were toddlers. Between dancing the night away, traveling together, & attending every live concert possible these two rock queens have more memories and laughs together then most and Amanda and Devin's wedding is a memory we couldn't imagine creating without her.

Casey Miller

Casey has been such a huge part of Amanda & Devin's lives. He originally met Amanda back in 2019 and was shortly introduced to Devin after and has been nothing short of an amazing friend to them both. His spontaneity, thirst for adventure and outgoing personality are traits we can't wait to share with everyone on our beautiful day and we are so thankful to have him in our wedding party.

Danielle Schmidt

Danielle is Amanda's older sister.  Together, they grew up riding horses, playing in the pool, learning how to become good women and occasionally getting into trouble.  While their paths have led away from each other at points, they remain the best of friends at heart.  No one knows you quite like your sister, and these two really know each other.  They love fiercely and will always be each other's biggest fan.  Both women will make you laugh and roll your eyes at the same time.  Together, they've learned how to be themselves proudly, yet will always provide a united front in the face of challenges.  Danielle loves Amanda and happily welcomes Devin into their family.  

Alec White

Alec white is one of Devin's longest friends. Their families is very close especially while they were growing up. Devin probably annoyed Alec at first as he was a bit younger. In later years they would became super close and spent most of their free time together playing Xbox with Zach German and loosing terribly. Alec was always supportive and one of the kindest people Devin knows, he has always been a safe place for Devin and we are so happy to have him part of our day!

Jon Sereda

Jon Serada was introduced to Devin when he was 15 years old when he was forced upon him as a future stepsiblings. They immediately hit it off like they had known each other for years. Jon later went on to marry Devin's stepsister and became family. Devin looks at at him as a brother, and he has guided him threw allot of hard times. If it wasn’t for Jon, Devin would have never went to college or knew what Iowa city was all about which if we all know is a blast similar to Jon's contagious personality.

Matthew Mosley

Matt is our AMAZING wedding planner and is a dear friend of Amanda's. As a planner, Matt gets to give the gift of reduced stress and peace of mind so we can enjoy the phase of life of engagement! There hasn't been a moment that Amanda and Devin have not appreciated his dedication and knowledgeable experience during this process of wedding planning and are so thankful to have him be a part of our big day!

Janssen Judge

Janssen is Amanda's cousin, and they've been close most of their lives. Currently, Janssen lives in Washington but she is an Iowa and grew up with Amanda in Norwalk. Funny enough, they were friends before they knew they were family, and Janssen has been there to share her love at most all monumental happenings in Amanda's life. We can't imagine anyone better equipped than her to officiate our wedding and help us celebrate our love.
