Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please make sure to RSVP (just click over to the RSVP tab!) by no later than June 1, 2023. If you have any issues trying to RSVP, please don't hesitate to reach out and we can help!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will have shuttles from the hotel to the ceremony and back to the hotel from the reception. Please be aware the shuttle to the ceremony will leave by 3:15 to ensure our guests make it to the venue on time for the ceremony. Shuttles will go back and forth between the reception and hotel between 8pm and the end of the reception. If you are planning to utilize the shuttle, please indicate so on your RSVP so we will be able to plan how many shuttles are required - thanks!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress in your "summer" cocktail attire. Think cocktail dress or dressy separates for women or suit and pants or dressy jacket and pants for men. Just remember it will probably be quite warm, so make sure you will be comfortable during the outdoor ceremony!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy or other dietary need, please let us know when you RSVP (there should be a question for you to answer in the RSVP section)!

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Kansas in July is likely to be pretty warm. Please be aware that (weather permitting) our ceremony will be outdoors. The remainder of events will be held inside the venue, with AC!
