Maid of Honor
Monse has been my best friend since the fifth grade, we even went to college together! There is no one else I would rather have by my side as my maid of honor. If I need advice, she's the first person I ask. If I need a joke, I know I'll never be let down. If I need an awkward silence to be broken, Monse will get it done (she hates awkward silence...) A truer friend a girl could never ask for.
Best Man
Nathan, my brother, has been my built-in best friend since 2007 — and he didn’t really have a choice in that. What he did choose, though, was to spend countless hours playing Wii and Xbox with me, sharing TV shows, watching movies, being my Boy Scout and Taekwondo partner, and simply being a lifelong friend. He didn’t have to do any of that, but he always did with a smile on his face and support in every way he could. He’s the best brother I could ask for, and I wouldn’t want my wedding without him as my best man.
Bridesmaid
A sister and a best friend all in one! Ada has the best listening ear in the world. She is also always ready to be silly with me at the drop of a hat, and it truly doesn't get better than that. I'm sure our brothers beg to differ, but there is nothing funnier than when Ada and I get into a roll of jokes, it's what makes home home. Ada is my favorite partner in crime, and I love doing absolutely anything by her side. Not everyone gets to have a sister, and I am so grateful for mine.
Best Man
While not my brother by blood, I consider Will as close as one. We first met in 2014 (6th grade), and while we both had a lot of growing up to do, he’s stuck with me ever since. He’s had my back through middle school, high school, four years as my college roommate, and even six weeks traveling Japan. We’ve had our ups and downs, but he’s never wavered in our friendship. I’m grateful to have him by my side and I couldn’t imagine my wedding without him standing with me as one of my best men.
Bridesmaid
Ayla & I met in college, embarrassingly enough, at a roommate mixer put on by the faculty. After sitting through awkward speed dates with increasingly worse potential roommates, I finally sat across from Ayla and at the mention of the best show ever (New Girl) I knew I'd found more than just a roommate, a lifelong friend. We roomed together the rest of our years at Centre and I couldn't have done it without her! Ayla is kind, funny and always there for a loved one.
Groomsman
Preston and I have known each other since Mrs. Stoltz’s 2nd grade class in 2010. Since then, he was in band with me for 6 years, spent five years with me on the same VEX robotics team, and was my roommate for three years. He’s also the only person I’d ever want to share 92.7% of my classes with. I’m thankful for all the years of friendship, and I couldn’t imagine celebrating my wedding without him by my side.
Bridesmaid
Lily & I actually knew each other for years, before finally becoming friends freshman year of high school. A fellow flautist, Lily & I have been told we are flute soulmates, how romantic. Lily was a friend who helped me finally be fully me, introvert that I am, around Lily, I become quite an extrovert. Lily always lends a listening ear and readily offers advice which I often seek. She is funny and warm and always down for a last minute adventure.
Groomswoman
Kamryn and I's friendship truly began in 2016 during 8th grade robotics. After starting on the same team, she soon branched off to form her own, yet our bond only grew stronger. Over the past decade, she has been a steadfast friend as a roommate, a classmate, and a constant source of support. I am honored to have her stand with me on my wedding day as a groomswoman.
Bridesmaid
Soon to be a sister by law, Lauren has long been a sister of my heart. Through many family meals and game nights, Lauren became a steady friend. I can always count on her for ice cream and Pictionary! I will never forget trying not to laugh at the dinner table, making eye contact with Lauren, and failing drastically. I knew in that moment I had gained another sister.
Groomswoman
Olivia and I became close friends when she joined Kamrn's robotics team in 2017. She’s always supported me and offered advice whenever I need it. Even when she went to Utah for college, our bond stayed strong, and every time she came home, we made sure to catch up, something I always enjoyed. I’m grateful for her friendship, and I couldn’t imagine my wedding day without her as a groomswoman.
Bridesman
Chase & I met through none other than Ayla! Getting to know Chase through Ayla & I's time at Centre, I am certain there is not another soul like him. He leads by example with kindness, thoughtfulness, and God. Not to mention, his outstanding jokes! Everyone deserves a Chase in their life.
Groomsman
Luke was the first friend I met in college. At first he was Preston’s annoying lab partner, but that eventually grew into a close friendship and a roommate. Even only knowing him a couple of years, Luke quickly became someone I can always count on. From sharing thermo Desmos answers to playing video games, he’s always up for anything. I’m glad to have him standing with me as a groomsman.
Bridesman
Jacob & I met in high school, he was a new kid & I was bad at math. We ended up purposefully taking the same ag classes through the rest of our high school careers. No one does teamwork, jokes, and general goofiness like Jacob & I. While I was busy in college, Jacob was busy in the Navy (& college, overachiever), but everytime he visited home, we found time to grab a coffee and catch up. I cherish those coffee times! Jacob is kind, funny and hardworking, all qualities that shine through everything he does.
Groomsman
While being one of my most recently made friends, Evan and I share a bond just as strong as the rest. We met in 2022, and he’s been a true friend ever since. From movie nights to dominating every Nintendo game, he brings energy and joy to everything he does. I’m grateful to have him standing with me as a groomsman, bringing that same happiness to my wedding day.
