Please RSVP by August 17th to ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably.
Our wedding attire is formal.
Both! Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, and the reception will take place indoors. Guests will walk on different terrains, including rocky pathways and grass. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.
The ceremony will begin at 2:00PM sharp. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space and find a seat.
A cocktail hour will take place immediately after the ceremony where you can enjoy cocktails, mocktails, small bites and lawn games.
Our reception will end at 8:00PM, after which there will be an after-party at McCoole’s Arts & Events Place—there will be a cash bar and complementary late-night bites.
Yes – parking is available, an attendant will be there to guide you to the ceremony site.
Yes – but you must pick it by 10:30AM the next morning.
While the weather is unpredictable, the fall season in Pennsylvania fall is usually crisp and pleasant, with sunny days and cool evenings. October can bring moderately chilly days with averages ranging from highs in the 60s to lows in the 40s so please check the forecast for accuracy.
Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate named guests on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.
While we love your kids, we’ve decided to have an adults-only celebration. Thank you for making arrangements.
When you RSVP, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy responsibly throughout cocktail hour and the reception, however, we do recommend bringing cash or a credit card along if you plan to attend the after-party, as drinks after the reception will not be covered.
We want to see your faces, not your phones! We kindly ask that you keep our wedding ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos during our ceremony.
Yes! You’re welcome to take pictures during the cocktail hour and reception.
Please respect our privacy and that of our guests, and don't share photos of our wedding on social media without prior permission from everyone in your photo.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can find our wedding registry links in the registry section. A wedding card box will also be at our reception.
Registry gifts can be delivered to the address on file. Please make sure to include a note with your name so we know who to thank!
