FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is August 23rd. We look forward to celebrating with you :)

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you have received a plus one, they will be specifically addressed on the envelope of the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we love our little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family who are a part of our wedding party.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony so we ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, YES! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

YES! There will be signature drinks, beer, wine, and non alcoholic beverages provided all day. We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you :)

Question

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes, as the sun will be shining (hopefully) both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. Please make sure to dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the day as we know October weather can still be rather warm.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The official dress code is Formal to Semi Formal. This means you can wear an evening dress, formal suit, or cocktail dress - whatever makes you feel your best :) Please reserve hues of light pink for the wedding party.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 3:30PM, we recommend you aim to arrive by 3:15PM to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and settle in.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Parking is provided on site at The Christian Royer House on the grass, so please plan accordingly. Parking is not allowed overnight, so please have a designated driver or carpool to the location as needed.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely - reach out to the bride or the groom with any allergy- related concerns/ requests. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Question

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Please plan to carpool or Uber/Lyft from your hotel/ lodging accommodations to the venue as parking at the location over night is not permitted.
