Casual & comfy attire... we are in the woods so leave those heels at home (you're welcome).
Drinks & charcuterie will be provided, however we encourage guests to eat before arriving. Please note that many places are closed in this quaint little town on Mondays and Tuesdays, so be sure to stock up on your favorites while in the bigger cities to enjoy at your cabin!

Pick Your Adventure

Under the "Pick Your Adventure" tab there are many wonderful things to choose from to fill your free day! You can hike to one of the many gorgeous waterfalls in the area, visit Clear Lake, soak in some hot springs, go golfing, mountain biking, river rafting or just simply relax near the river. It's all up to you! Come adventure with us on a 4 hr river rafting trip at 1:30pm - 5:30pm Tuesday! If you are interested, please book your spot under the "pick your adventure tab". We have a group rate of $70/person and a special block just for us. Don't forget your sunscreen! Please join us back at Loloma Lodge around 6:45 pm for a special southern-style dinner & drinks. Dinner is at 7pm but grab a drink until then!
Forest Soulful Supper
7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Come join us for a casual southern forest dinner from Tucky's! Come HUNGRY! Soul food, cobbler, drinks & music... what else can you ask for after a full day of adventure!? Feel free to stick around after dinner to drink, play games and hang by the fire pit until quiet time at 10pm. (The bride and groom will need their beauty sleep....)

Wedding Ceremony by the River
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
The day has arrived! Come join us at the beautiful Loloma Lodge by the river's edge while we exchange our vows in a short, but super sweet, ceremony. Please try to arrive around 4:45 pm to be seated anywhere you like. We ask that you try to refrain from taking pictures or video during the ceremony, as we want you to be present with us. The cocktail hour & reception will follow just up the hill, so grab a hand, a drink, enjoy the beautiful bounty board of charcuterie, and find your seat.
Dinner & Reception Under the Stars
6:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Find your seat, and enjoy a camp-style dinner prepared with love and FIRE just for you. We have the honor of having the team from Tournant to prepare an amazing "big-pan supper" in front of you in a giant paella pan! They specialize in farm-fresh ingredients and open-fire nature cooking. The word "tournant" is french for "turning point" or "watershed moment", so who better to prepare our feast on this special day? There will be a dessert table for you to satisfy your sweet tooth from Sweet Life Patisserie, and then Spotify on high for those brave enough to cut-a-rug! Quiet time is 10pm.
