HYATT CENTRIC FANEUIL HALL: first bus arrives at 2:45 and leaves at 3 second arrives at 3 and leaves at 3:15 only two busses and they are only allowed to sit outside in the valet area of this hotel for fifteen minutes each one at a time because it’s in the city. They are leaving this early because they need to stop at the other hotel also. BUS AT DOUBLETREE ANDOVER: meet the busses out by the flagpoles. first bus will arrive around 3:45 and will leave at 4. second bus will arrive around 4 and leave at 4:15. (arrival times depend on traffic from the first hotel. The trip from the first to the second hotel is around 45 minutes in Google maps with no traffic but these may end up being a tad bit off) The first bus will leave the venue at 10 and the second at 10:30. Each bus holds up to 55 people. bus company is called Local Motion of Boston. Please don’t be late for the bus if that’s how you’re getting there!!! Lyfts and ubers have been trickier to get lately.
