Can we bring children?

Answer

No, you cannot. Although we love kids, this is a chance for an adults only celebration.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking at the wedding venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is a shuttle from Hampton Inn & Suites to Folino Estates.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know! We want you to enjoy the evening and will communicate any allergies to the venue.

What precautions are being taken in light of COVID19?

Answer

We are actively reviewing the ongoing pandemic. The health and well being of our guests is the utmost priority to us. We will strictly abide by all guidelines set out by the CDC and state of Pennsylvania. This includes, but is not limited to, face coverings, social distancing, and cleanliness protocols.

Will the wedding festivities be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be held in the spacious indoor Tuscan ballroom or the outdoor tented area. We recommend bringing a jacket that is appropriate for the autumn evening.

Will I have have to wear a mask?

Answer

For the health and safety of all our beloved guests, you are expected to wear a mask. If you do not bring one, we will provide one for you to use. While seated at your tables you may remove your mask, however, when going up from your table to mingle, get food, or go to the bathroom we request that you put your mask back on and practice physical distancing with persons outside of your social circle. Our utmost priority is keeping all of our loved ones safe and healthy.
