We recommend arriving at least 15-30 minutes before the official ceremony. There is a short walk from the parking lot to the ceremony area.
Our ceremony will be outside on the beach at Lake Pearl. The cocktail hour will be both indoors and outdoors. During the reception, you will be seated indoors. In the event of rain, our ceremony will also be held indoors.
Yes, upon your arrival you will be greeted by an employee of Lake Pearl. You will inform them of the wedding that you are attending and they will instruct you on where to park.
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you’ve received a plus one, they’ll be specifically addressed on the envelope of the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding.
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family.
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.
There will only be an open bar during cocktail hour.
Please RSVP prior to August 1. If we do not hear from you prior to then, you will be marked as not attending.
Yes, the dress code is Formal/Black Tie Optional. This means you can wear a tux, evening gown, formal suit or cocktail dress- whatever makes you feel your best!
