What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests please arrive between 4 pm and 4:30 pm. Setup will start to take place at 4 pm and ceremony will begin at 4:45 pm.

Is there transportation to and from the after party?

Answer

There is a private driver that will transport up to four guests at a time from Leoness Cellars to the Airbnb after party location (2.5 mile distance). Guests may utilize the private driver option or can take an Uber. **Please keep in mind that driving guests' own car to the after party location is not an option as parking passes are required.** The private driver will also be available starting at 10 pm until 1 am to transport guests back to their hotels.

Can we park our car at the Airbnb (after party location)?

Answer

Amanda & Carlos have parking passes for a limited number of cars allowed at the Airbnb. For the guests staying at the Airbnb, they will receive a parking pass; however, guests staying at a hotel can either utilize the private driver service or Uber back to his/her hotel.

What is the plan for the day after the wedding?

Answer

Everyone is invited to a full day of wine tasting planned! A party bus will be picking up from the Airbnb at 11:45 am. For guests staying at hotels, please plan to take an Uber to the Airbnb before 11:45 am or to drive to the first destination, which is Wilson Creek winery by noon to join the party bus for the rest of the day. Drop off will be around 5:45 pm at the Airbnb. Please keep in mind that kids will not be able to attend this event.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

For those not staying at the Airbnb per invitation by Amanda & Carlos, Embassy Suites and Hampton Inn are the recommended hotels. There is also a Best Western Hotel in close proximity. Guests may stay at any hotel of their choice.

What day should we arrive?

Answer

Please feel free to arrive Thursday evening, day prior to the wedding, to join Amanda & Carlos for an informal dinner at the Airbnb. Otherwise, they'll see you on the special day!
