Please kindly RSVP by October 1st!
Although we adore your children, we’ve elected to limit our ceremony and reception to adults only.
545 Loma Linda Road Palmer, Texas 75152
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can find our Honeymoon Fund here on our website under the "Registry" tab.
We kindly ask that you keep our wedding ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. You may take photos and videos during the reception.
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
The venue will open 45 minutes ahead of our ceremony start time of 4:00. We recommend arriving at the venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space (a 5 minute walk from the parking lot) and find a seat.
We will be providing a shuttle service between the Fairfield Inn & Suites and Arrowwood. Ahead of the ceremony, there will be a shuttle. After the reception, the shuttle will be transporting guests back to the hotel. Exact times are TBD and will be posted closer to the event date.
For guests within driving distance of the venue, there is free on-site parking.
Dallas Love Field (DAL) and Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) are the closest airports. The hotel will be easily accessible from either airport via ride shares or rentals.
We have reserved a room block at Fairfield Inn & Suites Dallas Waxahachie. Please book your stay by November 25th to guarantee a room in our block. Use the link on the travel page of our website to receive our reduced rate.
Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will take place under a covered pavilion. Guests will walk to the ceremony on gravel pathways, but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.
Palmer winters are mild during the day and cool at night, so we recommend a light wrap to cover bare shoulders. The reception area will have heaters to keep guests comfortable.
