FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by December 15th, 2025

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are only inviting close, intimate family and a few friends for the Reception in Reno. For now, the only ones invited are who are listed on the invitation. Please reach out to Amanda for any further questions.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Everyone on the invitation is invited! The reception will be held at Schussboom Brewing, which has a small play area for the kids. We will also have coloring pages to utilize as well.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are PLENTY of hotels and casinos to choose from in Reno/Sparks Nevada. Check out the "Travel" tab on this website for a few close-by hotels to the Schussboom Brewery Venue

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

There are plenty of food options at Schussboom Brewery! The couple has pre-ordered a menu of various different items to cover everybody's needs (kids/allergies/preferences included). However, you can still order something on the day if need be. Please reach out to Amanda with any specific questions regarding allergies.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The brides will be dressed up, so why not you! Come in your Sunday best, but comfortable!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered right here on Zola! In lieu of traditional wedding gifts, we kindly ask that guests consider contributing to our house fund or to our Honeymoon Excursions! To find our registry page, scroll to the top and select "Registry".

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

A select few family members are invited to the courthouse wedding on January 15th. Everyone is invited to the Reception party on January 17th. This is a long weekend (MLK Day on Monday, January 19th). Everyone is welcome to stay in Reno for as long as they like. We can all get together at an Air BNB and play some games, or go out on the town and go shopping/to the casinos! There's plenty of things to do in the Reno/Sparks area! If you need any suggestions, go to the top of the page and select "Things To Do"!

Question

Anything off limits?

Answer

Out of respect for the couple, we ask there be no talk about politics. This weekend is about the celebration of Bridgette and Amanda's love, not the current headlines. Thank you for your consideration.
