Question

Can I have a plus one?

Answer

If you have been allowed a plus one, it should automatically appear when you RSVP for yourself or party. If your significant other is not listed or an option to add a guest does not come up, then you were not given a plus one for the event.

Is transportation being provided to/from the venue?

Answer

No. Ample parking will be provided on site for our guests to park. Otherwise, you can pre-schedule or use Uber, Lyft, etc.

Can I bring outside alcohol to the wedding?

Answer

No. Per the venue, any outside alcohol brought on site is not allowed and threatens their liquor license. If any guest is found consuming outside alcohol during the ceremony or reception, you will be asked to leave the venue.

Can I smoke at the wedding?

Answer

There are multiple designated smoking areas as well as a smoke shack on site.

Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is outdoors, but the reception is indoors. Upstate NY weather can be unpredictable, so please dress appropriately or bring layers for the ceremony.

Travel accommodations/lodging?

Answer

Please view the "Travel" section of our website which lists a few options for lodging near our venue. We are aware that Pavilion and Geneseo are not big cities. More options are available in surrounding cities such as Rochester if you would prefer, however the commute would be longer.

Is this a child-friendly wedding?

Answer
