Universal Orlando Resort
Universal Studios Florida is a theme park located in Orlando, Florida. Primarily themed to movies, television and other aspects of the entertainment industry, the park opened to the public on June 7, 1990. It is owned and operated by NBCUniversal and features numerous rides, attractions and live shows. Amanda's favorite thing at Universal is visiting the Harry Potter area at both Universal and Islands of Adventure.
Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex
Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is organized into Mission Zones where attractions and tours are grouped by chronological era. From the dawn of space exploration to current and ongoing missions, you can get an up-close, hands-on feel for the story of humans in space. Fuel your quest for inspiration right here.
Brevard Zoo
Brevard Zoo is a 75-acre nonprofit facility located in Melbourne, Florida, United States, that is home to more than 900 animals representing more than 195 species from Florida, South America, Africa, Asia, and Australia. One of Amanda's favorite things to do here is feed the giraffes.
Ron Jon Surf Shop
Ron Jon Surf Shop was founded in 1959 on the New Jersey shore. After gaining popularity with surfers and beachgoers over the years, the company expanded – opening stores in vacation destinations along the East Coast from Long Beach Island to Cocoa Beach to Key West and beyond. Located on Cocoa Beach you can shop here and even get surfing lessons from the school next door.
Jetty Park
Jetty Park is open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. Parking is available at Jetty Park with a pre-purchased pass or annual pass. No credit card or cash transactions can take place at the entrance gate. This is a great area to relax, get surf lessons, and watch the cruise ships leave the port.
The Landing Rooftop
The Landing is one of the newest restaurants in Melbourne. Located in the heart of downtown Melbourne on the roof of the Hotel Melby. This is a great spot of drinks at sunset.

Nolan's Irish Pub
A Traditional Irish Pub in Cocoa Beach, complete with 3 cozy snugs and the warmth and hospitality you’d expect from the Irish. A large south facing patio can accomodate 60 people and is pet friendly. We are open in Cocoa Beach since 2008. The original Nolan's Pub in New Ross, Co. Wexford opened in 1937 & is also still going strong today !
Intracoastal Brewing Company
Intracoastal Brewing Company is in the heart of the Eau Gallie Arts District serving craft beer to Melbourne and the Space Coast area. We have a continuous rotating menu of original hand calculated recipes. The tasting room has a coastal feel with our warm staff waiting to welcome you.
Fm Pizza Oven
Established in 2015, FM Pizza Oven started as a local wood-fired food truck. The first standalone Pizzeria Bistro opened in 2019. Built into a historic former bank building in old Eau Gallie, FM is a new addition to the Arts District. The building has been a part of the district since 1922. The interior features two dining rooms, space for private events, and a craft cocktail SpeakEasy.
