Let the fun begin!

Amanda and Brendan met in 2016 through their mutual friends Ryan & Chelsea. Brendan, Chelsea, Ryan and their friend Michael were all living in a house together in Long Beach. Amanda, a native Valley girl who always loved the idea of living by the ocean, would make frequent weekend trips to visit. During these trips Amanda met, got to know and became very friendly with Brendan. Their interactions usually consisted of light banter and swapping of dating stories and they always seemed to gravitate toward each other. Amanda was living in North Hollywood at the time, so given LA traffic and a bit of a distance between the two, a romantic relationship was never on their radar. Chelsea and Ryan had other plans. They planted the seed to Amanda that the friendship between her and Brendan could be something more, and Amanda began to view Brendan differently. It took Brendan a while to realize that something was in the works, but ultimately at Brendan's 30th birthday party he began picking up the signals that Amanda was sending. He asked her out on a date that evening. Two weeks later, in August of 2017, they went on a 12 hour first date (ask them about it during the wedding weekend) and Amanda and Brendan have been inseparable ever since.
