IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE HOTELS TO THE CEREMONY? There will be a shuttle to and from the hotels. The shuttle will pickup at the Sleep Inn & Suites at 3:25pm. It will stop at the Hilton at 3:40pm for pickup. The shuttle will leave and bring people back to the hotels at 10:00pm and 11:00pm.

Will the ceremony take place outside?

Answer

Ideally, yes! The ceremony will take place in a rose garden (weather pending). Please be aware, there will be gravel and grassy areas in the ceremony space (ladies, a thicker heel would be recommended). The reception will take place indoors.
