What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive 15–30 minutes early so everyone is seated before the ceremony begins.

Where is the ceremony and reception?

The ceremony and reception will both take place at Copper Dock Winery in Pocahontas.

What is the dress code?

Dress code is cocktail attire. Please be aware that the ceremony will take place outside.

Are children invited?

Absolutely! Chase and Aria are in the wedding party and would love some of their friends to be there to party the night away together!

Will there be transportation provided?

Yes! We plan to run a wedding shuttle from the Troy area to / from the venue!

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes! There's plenty of parking and it's free!

What happens after the ceremony?

There will be a break in festivities from 5pm - 6pm as we capture family and couples photos.

Will food and drinks be served?

Answer

Yes! We will have a full buffet meal as well as a select open bar for you to enjoy the night with us!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We are planning an unplugged ceremony. Please take in the moments and let the photographers do the work!

What is the weather like in August in Illinois?

Answer

Well... it could be 100 or it could be 70. Please check weather.com a few days prior to ensure attire is appropriate for conditions.

What should I do if I can't make it?

We will miss you, but please make sure to RSVP 'no' so we can have an accurate count for our caterer.
