Amanda and Bimaje’s Reception

We met at a mutual friend's Nigerian birthday party while attending Meharry Medical College. Amanda was a medical student and Bimaje was in his residency training. Amanda had NO IDEA how to eat egusi (a Nigerian dish). If you know Bimaje, he couldn't wait to sit down and dig in. He happened to sit next to Amanda, taught her how to eat the dish in proper Nigerian fashion and the rest was history.
