What date should I RSVP by?
Answer
PLEASE RSVP by 08/17/2026 to ensure you have a spot and a plate! It is required that we give the venue and caterers a final head count so we are charged correctly. Please help us out with this one!

Are there hotels nearby if I want to stay overnight?
Answer
There are TWO options for overnight guests! 1. There are several hotels around the area within 10-15 miles (please plan to have a sober driver if traveling-there will not be a shuttle provided) and can be found on the "Travel" tab on the website. 2. For guests wanting to stay ON the property with us, Bear Creek Farms can accommodate for RVs/Trailers to be delivered on site. You can bring your own RV or rent one to be delivered! What is the dress code for your wedding?

Cocktail attire, Semi/Dressy Casual (the wedding and reception will be held both in and outdoors).

Are plus-ones and children allowed?
Answer
Each invitation will be addressed appropriately to each guest/family to indicate the number of guests invited to attend. If there is an option to bring a plus one, it will be noted on the invite.

Is it OK to post wedding photos/videos on social media?
Answer
The wedding ceremony will be an unplugged event. You may share photos/videos of the wedding on social media with the EXCEPTION of the Bride/Groom and their children (unless given permission). Thank you!

What is the wedding day itinerary?
Answer
Plan for a full day of fun, dancing, yard games, bonfires and more! We have acres of land to celebrate and explore. Please plan to dress accordingly as the ceremony will be earlier in the day with the reception following later into the evening ending at 11:00pm.
