Hotel
A room block has been reserved for our guests at a rate of $149 per night (available Thursday through Sunday). Please use the booking link to reserve your room. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you go to book and the $149/night rate is no longer available, it likely means the current block has been filled. We are able to add rooms in increments of five, so please reach out to us directly if you encounter this, and we will do our best to secure additional rooms based on availability. A shuttle will be provided to and from the venue for guests staying at this hotel. If you choose to stay elsewhere, you are welcome to meet at this hotel for transportation, or you may arrange your own transportation to and from the venue. If you plan to use the transportation provided to/from the venue, please let us know when you RSVP so we can secure the appropriate shuttle size. Kindly note: We are financially responsible for any unused rooms within our reserved block, so we ask that guests only reserve a room if they plan to stay within the block. Flight
For those traveling in, the hotel is located approximately 21 miles (about a 25–30 minute drive) from the airport. Guests may arrange transportation via rental car, rideshare services (Uber/Lyft), or taxi. Rental cars are available at the airport for those who prefer the flexibility to explore the area.
Train
For guests coming from Chicago or nearby areas, taking the train is a comfortable and convenient alternative to driving or flying. The Amtrak station is located approximately 30 miles from the hotel (about a 35–40 minute drive). Upon arrival, guests can easily arrange transportation via rideshare services (Uber/Lyft), taxi, or rental car if additional flexibility is preferred.
