When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will begin at 5pm. We ask you to arrive between 4:30-4:55. If you arrive after 5pm you will need to wait upstairs and you can celebrate with us after the ceremony!

Is there a dress code?

Cocktail attire.

Are you registered? Where?

We’re so grateful to already have a home full of everything we need. Instead of a traditional registry, we’ve created a honeymoon and future home fund. Can I bring a date?

We kindly ask that only those formally addressed on the invitation attend.

Are kids welcome?

We’ve decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event, with the exception of the children in our wedding party who have a special role in the day. We hope you understand and can still celebrate with us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Parking is available on site at the venue.

Where is the venue located at Coopers Hawk?

Answer

We will be getting married downstairs in their wine cellar event room. Please go right when you enter and head downstairs.

I have a food allergy/dietary restriction can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! When RSVPing please specify what food allergy you have.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We reserved a block of rooms at the double tree Hilton down the street from Coopers Hawk. Please see the travel section on our website for the link. You must book by October 3 to receive the discounted rate.
