Is the ceremony outside

Answer

Yes, the ceremony is outside at Guilford Hall Brewery in the Biergarten Courtyard.

Are there stairs?

Answer

Yes, but there is also an elevator to access every part of the event! At the entry there is an elevator to take you downstairs to the Biergarten Courtyard for the ceremony and cocktail hour and upstairs to the Crown Hall - where the reception is.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Please let us know when you RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies and we will work with the venue to be able to accommodate your needs.

Can I walk from the hotels?

Answer

No, we would suggest taking an Uber or you can easily park on the street. There is plenty of free street parking around the venue.

How far are the hotels from each other?

Answer

We booked hotels that are all super close to each other so if you and your group need to stay at different hotels for any reason they are a super close walk. The Sonesta, Hampton Inn & Suites and Springhill Suites are all on Redwood Street. Candlewood Suites is 2 blocks up Charles or Light Street and a little less than a 5 minute walk to the other 3 hotels. We planned this so Ubers back to hotels can be shared by everyone, regardless of which hotel you are in.
