What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm. We recommend that you plan to arrive no later than 3:15pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels, wedding, and after party?

Answer

There will be transportation from both Carter Estate and the Hilton Garden Inn for the ceremony and after party. Please check back for more details as we get closer to the big day!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but this is an adults-only kind of party.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be convenient parking at the venue if you decide to drive. The venue also allows cars to stay over night if you need to take an Uber or Lyft ride home. Expect longer than average wait times if you plan to Uber or Lyft, or reserve a ride in advance.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will be asking for entree selections prior to the big day, which will include vegan and gluten-free meal options. If you have any other specific restrictions, please let us know.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a specific guest list due to limited space. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
