We are very blessed to have so many friends and family with sweet children and wish that we could accommodate them all. To keep our celebration manageable, we kindly ask that the only children in attendance be those of our wedding party and immediate family. However, if it is necessary for you to attend with your children, please bring them! We kindly ask that you let us know so we can make special accommodations. Our caterer is only able to provide adult meals, so we are providing a separate kids meal and need an accurate count.
Our staff-served buffet will include blackened chicken breast with a cajun cream sauce and cabernet braised brisket OR a vegan/dairy free/gluten free option of stuffed acorn squash. Please let us know of any other dietary restrictions you may have.
Formal attire is suggested.
A shuttle will be provided to and from the Hampton Inn and our reception venue.
We kindly request you RSVP by September 1st in order to get a final head count to our vendors.
While there is some parking in front of Venue 10, Maumelle Country Club is allowing overflow parking in their parking lot. A golf cart shuttle will be provided.
