New Delhi IGI Airport The wedding ceremonies will be taking place in Meerut, which is ~2 hours away from the New Delhi airport. This is why we are advising 2 to 3 days in Delhi to acclaimate to the time change.
For your arrival and stay in Delhi, you can take an Uber from the airport to your hotel. Additionally, you can contact your hotel or Amanda (the bride) for pre-booking.
Unfortunately, many hotels in India do not provide blocks but both hotels are very affordable, clean, and most importantly safe. If you have any issues or questions, please reach out to Amanda for help.
Mars Resort is less than 5 minutes away by car! We will be providing shuttles between the venue and Mars Resort for the comfort of our guests.
We will be providing a shuttle from the selected Delhi hotel to Mars Resort in Meerut. Later, we will be providing an aditional shuttle between Mars Resort and the wedding venue, Devrath
You will look fabulous in anything! But if you want to fit in... the first two days are western attire (cocktail & semi-formal) and the second two days are indian party attire. If you don't have indian attire, do not worry! Wear something bright colors and flashy! You can also pick something up if you arrive a day early! Delhi has a few markets shops where you can get tradtional Indian attire "ready made".
Indian attire is not a requirement but we would love to see you all dressed up! If you have questions or need help, feel free to reach out to Amanda (bride)
India does not require vacations upon arrival but there are some that are recommended. Hepatitis A and HepatitisB are both recommended and can be done through your Primary Care provider. Please reach out to your doctor for additional questions or recommendations.
