Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than May 1st so we can get a final count to the caterer by our deadline.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered through Zola and Amazon. Please see the Registries page on the website!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that guests arrive a half hour early to get acquainted with the space and find their seats for the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the attire is Cocktail attire. Please take the opportunity to get all dressed up and help us paint the town!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please limit yourself to significant others only. While we'd love to welcome your friends, we'd rather this be a special event surrounded by those we know and love.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The most affordable option that is close by is the Best Western Hotel which is the chosen hotel for the wedding. However, if there is no space available there, The Hampton Inn is also another option, but there is a bit of a price increase. Please see the Accommodations page for more information on the Hotel Block and booking instructions.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please contact the Bride directly so we can be sure to accommodate your needs. There are a number of items that are gluten-free and vegetarian, so please let us know if you will need any other considerations.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is ample parking at the venue so please feel free to drive as long as you drink responsibly!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We are offering our guests the opportunity to get home safely and will be providing a shuttle that will run beginning two hours before the ceremony and will begin transportation back to the hotel at 11 pm and will run until 1 am.
