We care greatly about the safety and comfort of our family and friends! We can't wait to celebrate with you after waiting all this time! We kindly ask (and our venue asks) that all attendees are fully vaccinated. If you are unable to get vaccinated (children and the medically exempt) we ask that you can provide a recent negative Covid-19 test within 72 hours (there are even take home test kits at CVS or you can email the results from PCR at asantomero14@gmail.com) and quarantine as much as possible before the event! Please let us know if this is your case so we can plan accordingly. There'll be people attending who are particularly vulnerable, and it's important for us to help them attend. If you cannot get vaccinated, we ask that you wear a mask if you are in situations where you cannot be socially distanced from others attending (dancing, etc.). Yes! Parking is limited, please carpool and have a clear designated driver. This is crucial as there is no street parking, only in the dirt lot at the venue and there are only around 50 spots. Please plan to drive together and fill up a car if possible. (More to come on if shuttles will be available dependent on # of rsvpd guests! we will update this section closer to the date if this is the case, for now plan to fill a car!)
There is limited cell service on the property, so please plan accordingly. There is full cell service about 10 minutes out from the venue. There is wifi on the property but it is not the most reliable!
Semi formal attire! Wear whatever makes you feel best and most excited to dance in! You are welcome to wear fun/bright colors, neutral/boho, desert vibes/western wear, really anything that makes you most excited to eat and drink and dance the night away! Temperature: It may be warmer during the day (70s-80s) but desert nights can cool down (60s)! If you are able, bring a jacket or a cover-up for the later hours of the day.
The property is mostly dirt, so we would not recommend stiletto heels! We would recommend a block heel if you are wearing heels. Close toed shoes are also a good idea! We will likely be dancing in the dirt!
To get to Pioneertown, you can either fly into Palm Springs (45 min drive) or to Ontario International Airport (1.5 hr drive) or LAX (2.5 hr drive).
Rimrock Ranch is a beautiful 36 acre ranch situated just outside Joshua Tree National Park in Pioneertown, California that was originally built as the weekend retreat for western actors like Gene Autry and Roy Rogers. The ranch consists of 4 rustic Cabins, retro-fitted Airstream trailers, a lodge and the internationally famous architectural masterpiece known as the Hatch House.
