At Penn State senior year, we initially met by randomly being assigned homework partners. When we met up to complete the assignment, we clicked immediately and ended up talking for hours before actually getting to work. We reconnected again through a mutual friend, who chose us to be in a group for another assignment. Two of the friends in the group called Amanda out for the chemistry between us, which she was oblivious to. After the project ended, the group had planned to get together to celebrate, but everyone else had a conflict and cancelled except for us. After that night, we started hanging out more and got to know each other. Senior year was coming to an end, and Anthony convinced Amanda to give a long distance relationship a shot. Amanda had two conditions 1. We would see each other every two months at a minimum 2. At one year, we would make plans to move or break up. After one year and many visits, Amanda quit her job and moved to give the relationship a shot. It has been seven years, since we moved in together in Austin, Texas. We overcame many challenges to get to this point and are so happy to be on life's journey together. Also, we very recently added a fur baby to our family! We cannot wait to celebrate our love with you all soon in the city we call home!
