The hotel is 10 minutes from the welcome party venue and the wedding ceremony/reception venue. Reservations must be made before March 24, 2026, to receive the group rate and should be booked directly using the link on this website (click VIEW button below) which references the Waddle/Kallas wedding. If no rooms are available, please contact Amanda or Andre, as the hotel will likely be able to open more rooms. If you want to extend your trip, you will need to call the hotel directly at 615-914-2500 as the link will only allow group rate booking for Friday and Saturday night.
