Go for a drive through beautiful Temecula Valley & stop at some wineries along the way. Rolling hills, gorgeous views, delicious nosh & wines - it's the Napa Valley of Southern California! Some of our personal favorite wineries are: Lorimar Winery (live music everyday), Wilson Creek Winery, Altisima Winery, Robert Renzoni, and South Coast Winery.
Old Town Temecula Front Street (not to be confused with Old Town San Diego!) This is the quaint downtown main drag in Temecula. Rustic Old West architecture, adorable boutiques, restaurants, tasting rooms, breweries, and just a fun way to spend an afternoon & walk around outdoors.
If you'd like to try your luck, check out Pechanga Casino and roll the dice! Throw a few bucks on #9 & #30 for the bride and groom to be ;)
The Hotel Del is a San Diego must-see! Absolutely stunning vintage hotel on the beach in Coronado Island. Go for sunset and grab dinner or a cocktail at one of the restaurants on site! Pro Tip: There's a tucked away tikibar on the sand & usually has live music!
Old Town, San Diego, is hard to beat for the most authentic Mexican food you'll find in the states. Our favorite restaurant is a few blocks off the main drag and is called "Casa Guadalajara." You can also try "Old Town Mexican Café" or "Café Cayote" right in the heart of the action! This is a buzzy historic area with delicious Mexican cuisine & bomb margaritas! It's only a 10 minute drive from the San Diego Airport. Definitely worth a stop on your way to Fallbrook if you have the time!
If you're staying in San Diego, cruise over to the La Jolla Cove and walk around. Beautiful photo ops, seals on the beach, and check out "Cody's" for brunch with an ocean view.
