In the winter of 2021, Amanda moved in to a row house apartment at 171 Grand Street in the Paulus Hook neighborhood of Jersey City. As the months went on and got warmer, she noticed a group of local neighbors who gathered out front. They were known as the "Stoop Crew" and it didn't take long for them to invite her to join in the shenanigans. Of course she couldn't show up empty handed and so she made one of her famous hearty charcuterie boards to feed the crew as they laughed and grilled, and sang 90s grunge band songs long into the night. It was that very charcuterie board that caught the attention of one of the cute single stoop members and he asked her out on a date shortly after. They're connection was undeniable and they have been inseparable since.
