When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by July 15th.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a hotel block reserved at Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport Hotel. Please see the Travel tab for more information. If you plan to drink, consider booking a room at the Hilton as we will have transportation to and from the hotel and the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a bus available to transport guests from the hotel to the ceremony, then back to the hotel at the end of the night. The bus will arrive at the hotel to begin boarding at 4:30pm and will leave the hotel at 5:00pm, so please be ready any on the buy by that time. The bus will be boarding to leave the venue at the end of the night at approx 11:00pm.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 6:00pm. Please arrive between 5:30 - 5:50pm to allow enough time to get a refreshing drink and get seated.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kid are welcome; however, keep in mind that the reception lasts until 11:00pm and there will be alcohol. Feel free to bring them or get a baby sitter and enjoy your night!
