There are two shuttles that will pick up at 3:45PM the day of the weddig. Shuttle 1 will pick up from The Lumina on Wrightsville Beach at 3:45PM and Shuttle 2 will pick up from The Elememt in Mayfaire at 3:45PM. These are available for ALL wedding guests even if you aren't staying at these hotels.
Our wedding will be black tie. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear tuxedos, and ladies may wear formal evening gowns or cocktail dresses.
We love your little ones, but we kindly ask that you enjoy a night out and celebrate with us kid-free.
Please RSVP by November 1st, 2025 so we can finalize our guest count and details.

Yes! We’ll be providing shuttle service with pick-up and drop-off at The Element by Westin in Wilmington and The Lumina Hotel on Wrightsville Beach. Guests are welcome to use the shuttles even if they are not staying at these hotels.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all! But if you’d like to honor us with something special, a contribution to our honeymoon fund would be appreciated and can be found on the Registry page.
Since our wedding is on New Year’s Eve in Wilmington, NC, expect cooler winter temperatures. The majority of the evening will be indoors, but a jacket or wrap is encouraged for transitions outside.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm, so we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to allow for parking, shuttles, and seating.
