Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is Formal/Black Tie Optional—ladies, think floor-length or midi dresses/gowns, and gentlemen, think suits or tuxedos. Please wear what feels best, but keep in mind that the venue is located on the beach, and both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors.

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

For your convenience, our ceremony, reception, and afterparty will all be held at the Newport Beach House, 3 Aquidneck Ave, Middletown, RI.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 5:15 PM to give yourself plenty of time to get settled before the ceremony begins. We’ll be starting promptly at 5:30 PM and will not be letting guests in after this time until the ceremony concludes. A detailed timeline is available under our 'Schedule' tab.

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

No, but the hotel where we have reserved the room block is walking distance, directly across the street from our venue.

Will there be parking available?

Answer

Yes, complimentary parking will be available in the large private parking lot at our venue.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 15, 2025. You can do so easily on our website under the “RSVP” tab. We will be sending formal invitations out in July detailing this information.

Can I change my RSVP if something comes up?

Answer

If your plans change after you’ve RSVP’d, please let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust the headcount accordingly.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

As much as we love your kids, we have chosen to have a kid free wedding.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If you didn’t receive a +1 on your invite, we kindly ask that you attend solo. If your invitation includes a +1, please RSVP with your guest’s name.

Question

Do I need cash for the bar?

Answer

No! We will be having an open bar for the entirety of our wedding celebration, but feel free to bring cash to tip the bartenders!

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Yes! We will be having an afterparty at the Oyster Lounge in the downstairs area of our venue from 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM. A full bar and late-night snacks will be available.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

We want to make sure everyone enjoys the meal! Please let us know about any dietary needs when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
