The ceremony will begin at 3:30. Please plan to arrive at Walden Hall between 3:00 - 3:15.
We want to see your beautiful faces during our ceremony, not your screens! We ask all of our guests to please silence your cell phones and put them away during the ceremony - just be present in the moment with us. Take as many pictures as you'd like before and after the ceremony, but please leave it to our awesome photographer to capture our most important moments for us. Thank you!
Semi-formal
Weather permitting, we would like to spend as much time as possible outside on our big day. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, while the reception will be held indoors. Please plan to bring a jacket or sweater if it will be chilly that day/night. Ladies - when planning your shoe selection, keep in mind that all of the outdoor activities will be out on the lawn :)
Yes! We have arranged for shuttles to take guests to and from the venue. You will be able to pick up each shuttle in front of the Best Western hotel. If you are staying at the Microtel or Quality Inn - don't worry! You are walking distance from the Best Western. The first shuttle will leave the Best Western at 2:45. The second shuttle will leave right at 3:00. Later in the evening, the shuttle will run once at 9:30 and again at 10:00.
Yes! Limited parking is available at Walden Hall - once you arrive just follow the signs for parking. As much as possible, we ask out of town guest to plan on taking advantage of our shuttle services!
