Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
Welcome Event - Please join us for a welcome cocktail reception. There will be drinks and light appetizers.
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Beach Attire: Wear linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, and sandals.
There is a short walk through sand from the street parking to the seating. Shuttle bus transportation will be provided from Hotel Pacific to the beach and from the beach to the Wedgewood Carmel. Shuttles will leave the hotel between 4:15-4:30pm so please be ready to go at 4:15pm. Please park diagonally to fit as many cars as possible if you choose to drive yourself.
5:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Beach Attire: Wear linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, and sandals.
If you choose to use the shuttle bus, there will be 2 shuttle buses departing the venue - an early one at 10pm and one at 11pm when the reception is over. If you choose to drive yourself there is tons of parking available.
