We love children (well, some of them), but our wedding will be an adult only affair.
The ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue. There is plenty of free parking located across the street and next door to venue.
Feel free to wear your finest black tie optional attire. Weddings are basically adult prom, so please bust out your tuxes, fancy suits, gowns, suspenders, jumpsuits or otherwise snazzy dresses. Yes, this category is ambiguous, so we went ahead and crafted a pinterest board with examples of what this might look like, which you can access using the link below. https://www.pinterest.com/therealataylor/wedding-dress-code/
We have worked really hard to create an intimate celebration that includes all of our closest family members and friends so we ask that you come solo unless we know your other half well. We will specify all guests on your invitation and of course will seat our attractive single friends together so perhaps you'll go home with a date.
We are having an unplugged ceremony (which means all phones and cameras should be put away). However feel free to take all the pictures you want throughout the reception.
We will be serving beer, wine and craft cocktails throughout the evening. No need to bring any cash unless you'd like to show the bartenders a little extra love. You can expect the basic appetizers, meal and dessert with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options.
There will NOT be a shuttle, so plan accordingly if you will be drinking and take an uber or a lift. We want everyone to stay safe!
We love our dogs, but as the old adage says, distance make the heart grow fonder.
REMAIN CALM. Some things might be different. I mean, who walks down the aisle when? Is there cake in face smash? A garter toss? Do they wear dresses? Suits?! We've ditched some traditions that don't work for us and added some things that do. If we've invited you, we trust that you are there to support our marriage. But if you're totally panicking, don't worry. We are here for you.
