Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking for both the ceremony and reception is found across the street on Sidney Street. The parking lot is labeled private parking for the IBEW Local #5. It is next door/beside the Hot Metal Flats apartments. Once you have parked, walk across the street to enter The Circuit Center and Ballroom from Sidney Street.
